In the dictionary of illustrated Chinese characters, the two words "safety" are the words of understanding, "an" means that a woman hides in the house to show her safety; and "Quan" means that the jade paid by a person must be pure jade, that is, the king of jade, which is extended to complete. From this, we can see that no matter what the so-called "safety" should be pursued. Therefore, when we focus on safety work, we repeatedly emphasize that safety is the real safety.

One of the core of "safety" is to achieve comprehensive prevention and control. At ordinary times, the most talked about is "in case". Safety prevention and control is to minimize the possibility of "in case". Therefore, when planning the annual safety work, we should not only pay attention to safety according to the seasonal characteristics, focus on the key parts, pay attention to the operation links and pay attention to the safety during major holidays, but also adopt flexible and rich forms to publicize the safety knowledge, promote the safety culture and establish the safety model, so as to make the safety concept take root in everyone's mind. In the enterprise, the implementation system should be strict and everyone should be equal, and there should be no rules or laws to follow; problems should be dealt with in a thorough way without leaving dead ends, and carelessness and details should be avoided; prevention and control should be focused on the whole, and small measures should be taken to prevent large-scale changes and be lucky. We should really implement the prevention work at every moment in time, every link in the post, every move and potential in operation, every part in the equipment, and no doubt in the inspection, so as to realize the coverage of "all" elements with the accumulation of "one".
