一、 Fire prevention

1. Summer is hot and the temperature is high. Paint, flammable, explosive, volatile raw materials, are volatile substances. In the hot summer, the volatilization is faster, and the ignition point and explosion limit can be easily reached in the place with high concentration.

2. Summer is either thunderstorm, or hot and dry, when the air is dry, first of all, pay attention to fire prevention. To prevent fire, first of all, we must seriously abide by the company's "safety production management regulations". Operators at all posts should operate carefully and strictly prevent the occurrence of "three violations"; all safety officers and team leaders should carefully check and seriously deal with fire or violation of rules and disciplines.

二、 Prevention of poisoning

When welding or spot welding in our company, in hot weather, employees wear thin clothes and sweat easily under working conditions. Toxic and harmful substances are easy to volatilize, and the volatilized toxic gas seeps into the body through human pores, causing poisoning. So how can we prevent it in summer?

To prevent poisoning: do not contact or breathe any toxic and harmful substances. Solution reasonable use of masks, strengthen air ventilation, hang wet towel!

三、 Protection against thunderstorm and electric shock

Advance thunderstorm weather is ordinary, when there is direct lightning adjust the nature of work, it is best to avoid the use of electrical appliances! Pull down the circuit breaker, one to prevent the lightningfrom falling in and injuring people; the other is to prevent the electrical control cabinet and its electrical tools, so as to avoid the occurrence of electric shock accidents. 四、 Prevention of heatstroke

1. In dog days, workers and other manual workers should wear loose clothes with good air permeability and light color, and take necessary measures to prevent heatstroke.

2. When the temperature is above 35 ℃, keep enough drinking water. At the same time, you should take some conventional heatstroke prevention drugs, such as Rendan, Fengyoujing, Qingliang oil, Huoxiang Zhengqi water, etc!

3. Make sure you get enough sleep and rest immediately if you feel unwell.
